'The Prayer of Jabez' Give-a-way!

For those who asked 'when do I get time to read', well I just read whenever I get a chance, mostly on my coffee breaks, or when my husband takes the children out or when I have finished cleaning, or just before I go to sleep at night!

When I am captivated by a book you will find my 15 minute coffee breaks extend into 30 minute breaks.

Today I just finished 'The Prayer of Jabez for Woman'. This incredible book has only 81 pages, one that you could finish in one read or in a few days, but will leave an impact for the rest of your life when you grasp the power of this prayer in your own life.
Straight after I finished, I thought I would love to bless one you beautiful readers with this book.

All you have to do is leave a comment and tell me in your most creative writing why you really want to read this book.
Even if you live out of Australia, please do take part!

That's all my friend ~ the winner will be drawn next Monday.

  2. I'm writing a comment in the hope that I'll win,
And be able to read this book you're offering.

The way you've described it sounds full of glee,
A book of this kind would suit me to a tee.

If I am chosen you'll be sent a special kiss,
This book sounds like one not to miss!

  3. Here I am, the silly girl poet
But as I go to post - wouldn't you know it

Someone else who beat me to the punch
By saying in rhyme they want as much

The book you are giving to the one most clever
(Haven't put this much thought in the comment box ever)

But just for you, I'll take the time
To make sure my words are perfectly fine

Then maybe you'll look kindly on this Nebraska housewife
By giving her a book she'll apply to her life

No matter the choice I'm sure you will make
A good decision among those who chose to partake

In this fun little give-away posted by you
We'll be ETERNALLY GRATEFUL whatever you do!

  4. Well, I'm no poet and not sure of my writing abilities but I did read the first book and actually took it to church last week to give away along with another pile of good books. So.....I'm going to use what I learned from the book and boldly say that I would love it and therefore I would love to win it!
